Submission Form

Organizers of events previously co-located at are allowed to submit a minimal proposal including information for the questions marked with (*). If you are organizing new event, please provide more elaborate description that can be used by the reviewers to assess the proposal.

Note that if you are providing Call for Submissions as part of the proposal, the call will likely contain information required in the later form fields. You do not need to copy those - specifying “see CfP” is good enough!

On the next page, this form will ask you to add committee members. It is fine to simply add the organizers, the PC is not necessary at this stage.

If the event proposal is selected, we will use the information provided to create the initial version of the event web page.

Give a summary of what the Workshop entails. When accepted, this text will be used as initial description (editable) shown on the track page.
