All fees will be charged in Czech Crowns (CZK) and include relevant VAT.

Note: At the time of writing (February 2025) 13 000 CZK is around $ 540 US / € 520.
For the current exchange rate, we recommend to follow Czech National Bank page.

What is included

  • attendance at workshops, tutorial and conference (Monday – Friday, June 2-6, 2025)

Conference only

Students have prove their student status by ID number (Student card) during the registration process. A copy of a valid student card or a student confirmation (in English) may be requested by organizers upon the arrival at the registration desk.
Accompanying person Accompanying persons can choose between attendance at
  • Welcome reception on Monday, June 2, 2025 & Conference dinner on Wednesday, June 4, 2025 as a part of Full Conference (including Workshops) package or
  • Conference dinner on Wednesday, June 4, 2025 as a part of the Conference only package.
This does not grant access to the regular sessions of the conference.

Payment (in CZK) is via credit/debit card or bank transfer (click for details)

Payments need to be made in CZK (Czech Crowns, Kč).

    If you have any difficulties in sending the payment in CZK (Czech Crowns) by bank transfer, please contact the registration chair.

    Please indicate your PROFORMA INVOICE number and your name as payment description/identification. Please make sure that the bank transfer is net of all bank charges and commissions made. Remaining charges will be requested upon your arrival when registering.

Confirmation / Proforma Invoice / Invoice

Once you have completed the online Registration form you will receive the email confirmation. (click for details)

Card payment

The proforma invoice corresponding to your payment (pdf document) will be attached to the confirmation email. Confirmation email contains very important information including the status of your card payment. After your successful payment authorization, you will immediately receive a final invoice. (If the card payment is declined by the authorization centre, just click on the link of payment status and fill the card details again or use another card).

Bank transfer

The proforma invoice corresponding to your payment (pdf document) will be attached to the confirmation email. The final invoice will be issued upon the receipt of the payment on our account and sent attached to the confirming email.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Refund requests can be made via email to the ‹Programming› 2025 registration chair.
The following restrictions apply:

  • For cancellations before Friday, May 2, 2025, (23:59 AoE),
    the registration fee can be refunded, except for a processing fee of 3 000 CZK.
  • For cancellations on and after Saturday May 3, 2025 (00:00 AoE),
    the registration fee cannot be refunded.
  • All refunds will be processed after the conference

  • If you cannot attend, your registration is transferable to another participant (the same type of registration fee) before Tuesday, May 20, 2025.
    Please inform the registration chair as soon as possible, to whom your registration should be transferred to.
